Are there any days you do not operate a chauffeur service?
We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights into the airports and we will only dispatch our drivers when we have confirmation that your flight has landed. Our chauffeur will be waiting from 30 minutes after the flight has landed, allowing sufficient time to transfer from the aircraft, clear immigration and collect your luggage.
What happens if I am delayed at passport control or collecting my baggage?
We will supply you with a mobile number to contact the chauffeur or our control room to keep us informed and up to-date of any delays.
If I am delayed are there additional charges?
The 45 minutes after you land are included in the price. If you are delayed for longer than 45 minutes a charge of £10 for every 30 minutes or part thereof, will be levied.
Is it possible to order a specific newspaper or magazine for the journey?
It certainly is, while completing the booking form simply put your request in section headed 'request any other information'. We will do what we can to fulfil your needs.
What happens if I cannot find the destination I need on your list of destinations?
If your destination is not included in the list in our drop down menu, simply enter the details of the destination below with the street, village, town, county and post code and the system will send it to our office as an enquiry. We will have a quote back to you immediately.
How do I pay for the journey?
We accept payment by either debit or credit card. Our system is secure with payments secured with the latest security mechanisms.
